Art Block Zine

Art Block is a student-run DSTL Arts program that produces a biannual zine by the same name. The Art Block Zine is put together by a student-led editorial board that meets on a weekly basis and reviews all submissions for content, theme, and artistic quality. The work our student-led editorial board seeks to publish should activate our five senses while inspiring us with a sense of vulnerability: a sense of realness. We hope to connect with well-developed stories and artwork.

Twice a year, our editorial board chooses a new theme for the zine. The current theme, and submission period, can be found below, along with our Art Block Zine Submission Form.

For any questions regarding the following submission guidelines, feel free to contact us by email at ArtBlockZine@DSTLArts.org.
